From the beginning, our client made one thing clear: they wanted this timeline to have maximum visual impact—what they called “WOW.” To achieve that, we suggested backlighting the years, creating a striking focal point that would draw attendees in. They loved the idea, but wanted to take it even further by adding as many physical layers as possible to create dimensional interest.

That’s when the 3D ribbon came into play, which added a little bit of a challenge when it came to production. This undulating ribbon element was designed to weave through the timeline—dipping behind and curling in front of photos—to tell the company’s story in a truly dimensional way. Creating a feature like this across a large-scale wall was no small feat. We had to carefully engineer the file so the ribbon looked seamless despite being produced and installed in multiple sections.

With a tight deadline and a massive file, our team worked in layers—literally. We split the production into manageable parts: background, lit years, top layer, and finally the bottom layers. This not only made the file easier to handle, it allowed us to start producing each piece as soon as it was finalized. Since many components varied with studs, cleats, and adhesives, the mounting templates were crucial and were used three times throughout the course of this project.

To streamline installation at the event, we assembled the entire wall at our facility in advance. This allowed us to pre-install cleats and test-fit everything before shipping, saving valuable time on-site.

To enhance the celebration even further, Endless Edge was tasked to create a large 3D display highlighting their ’25’ logo on wheels so it could move around for different activities. Positioned first near the entrance, the towering structure invited attendees to autograph it — turning a bold visual symbol into a collective memory. By the end of the event, the sculpture was covered in hundreds of signatures, messages of congratulations, and personal reflections. It served not only as a photo-worthy installation, but also as a living guestbook that now also has a permanent home at headquarters — a creative way to honor the community that helped shape the past 25 years.

Once the conference wrapped up, the entire timeline and giant ’25’ were transported back to the company’s world headquarters. There, we installed a new wallpaper background, and thanks to our thoughtful design and construction, every other element was seamlessly reused and reinstalled with a consistent look that was made possible by our mounting templates.

What started as a concept for a temporary event activation became a permanent, dynamic centerpiece—one that celebrates a legacy 25 years in the making.
